Team ELA was well represented at the Tour of Margaret River by Ms. Tiffany Cromwell, Australia’s number one ranked Female Road Cyclist.

ELA has over 40 years’ experience in designing and integrating electronic systems with a strong focus on nurse call, healthcare applications, audio visual, patient entertainment and security systems. Since 1971, ELA has provided product integration and support services to every hospital in Western Australia. ELA is a proud sponsor of Tiffany Cromwell, Australia’s number one ranked Female Road Cyclist.

Tiffany Cromwell finished 2nd in the Women’s Open class at the Tour of Margaret River with Team ELA. Tiffany was well placed all week and had a strong finish in the 60KM open road race. Recently Tiffany was invited by Cycling Australia to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to inspect the 2016 Olympic road circuit. “We’ve had the chance to ride the Olympic course and seen the men’s test event and got some incredible information,” Cromwell said. “I’m excited to hopefully coming back next year and be racing for Australia.” The 130.3km women’s Olympic road race next year will start and finish in Copacabana.

Whilst in the Margaret River Region with Team ELA, Cromwell took time to tour the South West Health Campus and, with ELA, made a donation to support patient services through the St John of God Foundation. ELA Managing Director Mr. Andrew Rothon presented the cheque to St John of God Bunbury CEO Mr. Mark Grime along with Tiffany Cromwell. The Foundation supports the South West Coronary Care Service and Cancer Service and improvements to breast cancer screening for the region.

ELA has recently completed the nurse call upgrade to the CarePlus™ Nurse Call Solution across all wards in Saint John of God Bunbury Private Hospital, part of their $14.5 million expansion project. After the success of this project, ELA was chosen to implement CarePlus™ solution across Bunbury Public Hospital. ELA successfully secured the nurse call upgrade for the South West Health Campus.
